can LT work with a readonly storage, e.g. vi a nfs? I have a large library of sounds available on a nfs v.4 share, but it’s not writable to LT. Wondering whether I can sort of import it on LT…

LT currently doesn’t support files it doesn’t copy into it’s own directory structure. There has been some attempts at reviving the watched folders directory but nobody has finished this work. So for now the answer is that it probably won’t work.
