Hello for a third and final time!
We have noticed whilst using libretime that meta data doesn’t always hit tune in. We have linked the radio station via the tune in api but even if meta data is uploaded with the track (or not and then added later) it doesn’t always reach tune in.
It tends to be the pre recorded shows where meta data does not work - so pre recorded 25minutes segments +.
Any ideas how to consistently get this working? To mention we are also using an external streaming service to tune in on each radio station instance.
