As I understand it, liquidsoap supports %ogg(%flac) encoding, which would stream lossless FLAC audio in an ogg container. I’m trying to create a station that caters to audiophiles using hi-res FLAC tracks, and if Tidal can do it…
However at present it seems the only Ogg stream type offered in Libretime is Ogg Vorbis.
How hard is it to add a new stream type? I’m not afraid to muck about in the code if someone can point me in the right direction.
