[harbor:2] Failed to accept new client: SSL: Certificate error: error:0200100D:system library:fopen:Permission denied

Hello,

I have been experiencing above issue for the past few months without any success despite following various suggestions on how to fix this particular issue. My station is currently in testing and this issue is keeping me back from going live.

My setup is as follows:
Ubuntu 20.04 lts
LibreTime 4.5.0

The particular issue is regarding Liquidsoap. When playing a scheduled show everything works fine for a few hours then starts throwing the following error [harbor:2] Failed to accept new client: SSL: Certificate error: error:0200100D:system library:fopen:Permission denied During this time the Liquidsoap service starts consuming more CPU & Memory usage starts to spike (please see attached screenshot)

A simple restart of the liquidsoap or libretime service temporarily fixes the issue but after a while it goes back to throwing the errors. I have even followed the suggestions made in this post SSL Certificate error when attempting a secure=true input stream - #3 by imsifrn and by following other suggestions found on the web without any success.

Has anyone experienced this problem and was able to fix it? If so please share. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
