# Using api to pull info but nothing when picking up live stream from presenter

Hi guys we have our player picking up show artwork and description plus now and next but when we run a show via master from a presenter using Sambroadcaster none of this info is displaying even when description and show banner is present

Ok, so it looks like I have some fault in this since I had it trying to retrieve track metadata on **live-info** for track artwork, causing an error on the API when presenter goes live, since LT doesn’t show any track metadata when a presenter is live.

I’ll fix this ASAP.

Yep, me too. I also am finding that in normal use, the Show Image, on SOME shows, returns a blank field.
