# I can't access settings streams

LibreTime installed on Ubuntu 20.04. The LibreTime version is 3.1.0. The ‘Pypo’ and ‘Liquidsoap’ components have not been installed properly (None of the recommended commands, such as restart, are functioning).  
Any help?
