# \[ERROR\] Two lengths are not equal!

Any insight on this error? We got this error repeated yesterday afternoon, seems to have cascaded and affected the playout of later programming that day. It started with the 3pm program. Could this be related to file encoding? we’ve had that issue from some of our producers in the past. Thanks!
